We stand firmly behind our craftsmanship and material quality. You may return unused furniture items in original condition within 30 days of delivery (significantly extended from industry standards). For exchanges of bar stools, coffee tables, beds, or nightstands, we allow 45 days to accommodate the logistical complexities of premium wooden furniture shipping. To maintain our premium quality standards, all returns must: (1) Show absolutely no signs of assembly, use, or modification (2) Include all original packaging including protective corner guards, hardware kits, and assembly instructions (3) Have intact manufacturer labels and protective coatings. For holiday season purchases (November 15 - December 31), the return window extends to January 31 of the following year.
