Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 21-day return window from the delivery date for furniture items in original, unused condition with all protective packaging intact. Return shipping costs for furniture are the customer's responsibility unless the return results from our error. Due to the specialized nature of furniture inspection, refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned merchandise at our facility. Custom-made or assembled furniture pieces (clearly marked as such) are ineligible for returns.
